Sam Jazzo joined Kaiser Permanente Ventures in 2023 as an Associate. He brings valuable experience as both a founder and investor in digital health.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente Ventures, Sam was Entrepreneur-in-Training with Menlo Ventures’ startup studio, an investment intern with Cobalt Ventures, a Flare Capital scholar, and the founder & CEO of Kinometrix. In all of his roles, Sam has worked to create and support game changing innovations in digital health and care delivery.

Sam holds a BS in Athletic Training from the University of Miami and both an MBA and an MPH from the University of California at Berkeley.
